I want to have a very human very being sober dialogue about outer space. What we have to discuss today is about human beings. We are human beings in outer space. Let us talk about who we been and are being here.

World leaders in cooperation with Earth Based Martian Government are tasked with establishing an official universal document declaring our biology, places, purposes, and intentions, that all human beings may share.
This way we not wondering the galaxy aimlessly for 40 years on a 450 mile trek like Moses on an epic to Jericho.
Just shooting my shot, I am moving humanity to devise an apparatus that stabilize and infinitely sustain stars. This is a service we may provide all throughout the universe. On the purpose of keeping the universe lit forever. Humans keep the universe lit, thats us. Do you agree or disagree?
